I’m the Chief Scientist at PayPal. Previously, I was the Chief Innovation Officer of Where, Inc., and founded EveryScape Inc. (formerly known as Mok3 Inc) soon after my graduation from MIT in 2002 (quite literally as I took my cap and gown off). They gave me a PhD. Yeah, that surprised me too. You can find my work-related bio here.
I’ve got a few passions in my life. First, my family. Then, everything visual — photography, art, science, engineering, architecture, animation, software and coding, etc. Finally, entrepreneurship — thinking about tech startups make me smile. I have a few ideas a week. Would love to start ‘em all.
In this blog, I hope to discuss interestring trends in, what I call, Visual Technologies.
